Make up the assigned regional market sales budget according to the develop policy of company and market status.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact in his regional OEM and Tier customers order to achieve agreed sales budget.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, Organize the efficient internal communication, support to optimize quality of service to achieve business growth and customer and satisfaction
Support Tier KAMs for business developing and opportunity of those customers are under Tier KAM’s management.
New project development
Organize price calculation and Offer to customer
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Organize the negotiation with customer if there is some additional cost happened against the sales contract during new project developing period, such as material test cost, engineering change cost etc.
Lead and manage the work of sales representative and sales assistant in particular KAM team.
Assist other dept.
Assist logistic to accept and confirm the orders from customer when customer complained
Support to deal with the overdue problem to guarantee company financial healthy
Support to deal with the customer’s quality complain
Support to deal with the customer’s urgent delivery requirement
Cooperate between engineering and customer for the project development and engineering change
