Japanese OEM development and customer management
日系OEM客户 开发与客户管理
Make up the assigned regional market sales budget according to the develop policy of company and market status.
根据公司发展策略以及市场情况,制定指定区域市场的销售预算
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact in his regional OEM and Tier customers order to achieve agreed sales budget.
制定相应的区域的主机厂和主机配套公司的销售活动及客户拜访计划,实现销售预算。
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, Organize the efficient internal communication, support to optimize quality of service to achieve business growth and customer and satisfaction
通过合理的销售策略,维护及开发现有客户及新客户。并通过内部有效联络,优化客户服务水平,实现业务增长,提高客户满意度。
Support Tier KAMs for business developing and opportunity of those customers are under Tier KAM’s management.
支持Tier关键客户经理对于区域内归属Tier关键客户经理的客户的业务发展和机会。

Organize price calculation and Offer to customer
组织价格核算,向客户报价。
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
灵活运用适当的销售策略,通过内外部的各种沟通和交流,促进业务的取得,与客户建立可持续的良好关系。
Organize the negotiation with customer if there is some additional cost happened against the sales contract during new project developing period, such as material test cost, engineering change cost etc.
当有违背销售合同的费用发生时,组织和客户的谈判。比如材料测试费用,工程更改费用等。
Lead and manage the work of sales representative and sales assistant in particular KAM team.
领导和管理团队内部销售代表及销售助理。
Assist other dept.
协助其他部门
Assist logistic to accept and confirm the orders from customer when customer complained
当客户投诉时,协助物流部接受并确认客户订单。
Support to deal with the overdue problem to guarantee company financial healthy
支持财务超期应收账款的处理,保证公司财务健康。
Support to deal with the customer’s quality complain
协助处理客户质量抱怨。
Support to deal with the customer’s urgent delivery requirement
协助处理客户紧急要货需求。
Cooperate between engineering and customer for the project development and engineering change
协调工程部和客户之间的沟通(开发项目及工程更改)。

Qualification任职资格
1. 7年以上汽车行业销售经验,4年以上日系客户业务开发经验。
2. 优秀的业务开发能力,抗压能力。
