About the job

The Productivity leader is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of making, implementing following productivity strategy with a worldwide scope. He/she is tackling all the purchasing categories from Direct, Indirect and Capex. The perimeter defined embraces the operational excellence directives. The main objectives will be to support all the entities to improve operating results, minimize cost, enhance value creation, optimize Capex considering the needs, risk management and CSR strategy.

This position will report functionally to our Operational excellence team.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Build a Productivity strategy – definition - process – road map – dashboard – KPIs.
  • Complete an audit on the situation.
  • Validate the flow chart and update the executive handbook.
  • Lead the TCO pillar if needed.
  • Check the savings, validate them with the teams and the local & global purchasers / controllers.
  • Could lead some productivity plan locally (ie KILL BILL at Raygroup).
  • Create and follow a sourcing strategy (double sourcing included).

 

Management

The scope of the mission includes the Worldwide ARaymond Network companies and covers the complete flow from Raw Materials to costumers. It means that it will be involved with all the departments: Purchasing / R&d / Operation / Laboratory / Quality / Sales & BD / CSR / Legal / finance… External Vendors and Customers if necessary.

  • Set, Lead and embark an appropriate team (multicompanies & multifunctional) in charge of managing the Worldwide initiatives.
  • Animate workshops & meetings locally, regionally or globally.
  • Deliver improvement & roadblocks report synthesis associated with monthly KPIs.

 

Education and experience

  • Master’s degree.
  • And/or experience in a very advanced Industry where the productivity mindset is fully integrated, accepted, and mature.
  • 10 years’ experience in Worldwide transversal project management.

Languages and Travel
