Quick connector Sales
To get the RFQ from customer and deal the offer.
Work with Project, Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics department to start the quotation process to calculate the cost, send the quotation to the customer after approval, and track the quotation result.
Sample and small batch supply: sample delivery, parts approval.
Assist KAM to organize the first order audit in order to start the serial delivery to customer .
Work with Quality person together to send the parts IMDS information to customer.
Assist KAM to write the yearly sales budget of QC.
Localization of Quick connector
To Start the project assignment of QC localization program in the company.
Push the customer to give the approval for the localization QC parts ASAP.
In case of customer payment problems, contact with customer to help finance to get payment due. In case of payment or logistics problem, work with finance and logistics to develop action plan to solve the problem.

Update order forecast information in S&OP.

Engineering project management
Hold the new project initiation meeting and start the APQP process.
Arrange the try mold instruction, send the samples, follow up the approval of PPAP, first order review.
Understand the company's internal capacity
Complete project tracking table data collection and collation.
Complete Sales Monthly report data collection and adapt.
Assist KAM for sales management.
Sorting & updated file.
Customer satisfaction investigate, analysis the data, and make the action plan.
If necessary, compile the catalogue of quick connector.
Make record to quick connector sample sending to customer.
Follow up order, purchase, remittance and delivery for the customer of " order parts against receiving payment” and “ pay first against delivery”.
Comply with the relevant state guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and systems on production safety遵守国家相关安全生产方针、政策、法律、法规和制度；
Responsible for introducing product safety performance and safe use to customers.
